AI is changing the way we think, decide, and lead. You either shape it, or it shapes you.

The Agentic Changemaker is a professional who leads with judgment in a world where machines can do almost everything else.

In practice, AI runs the research, surfaces the insights, and stress-tests the scenarios. You walk into meetings knowing the four most critical objections. You name what's blocking progress. The conversation moves faster because you bring clarity. When it matters, people come to you for the decision.

This program is one live day plus four online 2-hour sessions. You're working on something that involves more than one team, more than one agenda. Where interests collide and cause and effect are not obvious. This program is the training ground for navigating that complexity.

Under the hood are the 8 Crafts™. These are leadership capacities grounded in proven mental models for leadership, innovation and change. Each craft shows you the work in the world as well as what it demands of you as a leader. You build these capacities by working through your actual challenges with AI as your thinking partner.

Secure one of the last seats. The machine does the groundwork. You lead the change.

In this journey, you will:

  • Progress your initiative: you work on your own case. Peers help you see what you miss.
  • Practice the 8 Crafts: build your skill by applying proven models for leadership, change and innovation
  • Strengthen your intuition: learn to stay open, connected, and creative under pressure.
  • Use AI as a thinking partner: learn how to use AI to stress-test your ideas and anticipate how stakeholders will respond.

You will walk away with:

  • A personal intelligence system you built yourself. It knows you, you can trust it. A personal assistant that gets better the more you use it.
  • A structured approach for future projects: mental models and tools organized, so each new project starts stronger.
  • Sharper judgment and clarity: you make better decisions and know what to do when plans stop working

Got a question?

1. Can I participate online?

The Strategy Journey kicks off intentionally as a live, in-person experience. The depth of the conversations, the facilitation style, and the energy of collaborative work are essential parts of the transformation. The pre-work and follow up calls are online, but we do not offer a fully online program at this moment.

2. What if I’m unable to attend?

We know that sometimes life can get in the way. If something changes, please let us know as soon as possible. You may transfer your seat to a colleague or another participant. If rescheduling options are available for future editions, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Our refund policy: refunds are available up to two weeks before  program start date. After that, no refunds are offered.

3. Is AI knowledge required?

No. You don’t need any prior AI expertise. We focus on creative strategy, and practical tools. Wherever AI shows up in the journey, we introduce it in a simple and responsible way. As a tool to support your thinking, not as a substitute for it.

4. Will I receive the tools and prompts to keep using them?

Yes. You will receive all the frameworks, canvases, prompts, playbooks and practices that we use in this Journey. Our goal is to empower you and ensure the momentum doesn’t end when the program does.

5. Is this for me?

If you’re shaping a change where the outcome not fully in your control, and there are many stakeholders involved, then this is for you. If you are looking for renewed energy or more clarity on how to lead such project, then is especially for you.  Structured guidance, applied directly to your project, gives you more insight in how to run such projects. This  in turn helps your confidence and influence.

6. What if I don’t have a clearly defined project?

You’re absolutely welcome. We do assume you have the base of a project. But many participants join precisely because their direction still is undefined. The program helps surface what matters to move from intention to focused action. Even if you start with not much more than an ambition or a challenge.
