AI is rapidly changing how we work, make decisions, lead and create. And it is up to ourselves how we use it, and what we use it for. This is a program for people who lead innovation, build business or drive change initiatives. And who want to learn how conscious, deliberate use of AI can amplify their power and increase their agency.

Who is this is for

If you work on an innovation- or sustainability initiative, build a business, or grow a public-private collaboration, you know the challenge is rarely the strategy or the technology. The real work starts when people with competing interests, priorities, and perspectives need start moving together, even when the final destination is unknown.

Agentic Changemaker

An Agentic Changemaker is someone who actively shapes a new future: leading with discernment in a world where machines can do almost everything. In practice, this means you step into situations with confidence, better judgment, and a clearer picture of the dynamics likely to emerge. You see where interests begin to clash and resistance builds. And you know what narrative is needed to mobilize people when priorities and perspectives are no longer aligned.

AI plays a role in this as a strategic thinking partner. To explore scenarios in advance, test perspectives, and sharpen your storytelling before important conversations take place and decisions are made.

The next cohort starts June 26. Limited seats available.

Journey overview

This applied learning program includes one live day and four online sessions. You’ll apply everything you'll learn directly to your  initiative. The program becomes a training ground for navigating the complexity of working across boundaries, where cause and effect are non-obvious.

Don’t take our word for it

“This was exactly what we needed at the right moment to launch our new initiative. Without the storytelling, we would never have landed with this much clarity, energy, and activation.”

Arjan Keizer
Founder Medewerkers voor onze Toekomst (ex-McKinsey, ex-Shell)

"I thought I knew AI. The Agentic Changemaker programme showed me where I wasn’t using it. Clearer thinking, better decisions and real movement in my business"

Marloes Fischer
Founder & CEO Circular Hub

"We used the 8 Crafts to articulate our strategy. And in the process we built stronger leadership and team spirit.”

Donica Buisman
Founder / Director RAUM

In this journey, you will:

  • Accelerate your project: The work you do is directly applied to your context. Let learning and progress go hand in hand.
  • Adopt the 8 Crafts: Apply proven mental models for leadership, change and innovation.
  • Strengthen your leadership: Learn embodied (breathing) practices to stay open, connected, and creative under pressure.
  • Meet a group of likeminded people who share similar challenges; learn together and expand your network.
  • Use AI as a thinking partner: Start using AI in a way that it learns with you and compounds over time.

What you will experience

In the morning:

Live-day: See Systems. Explore Futures

You start mapping the system around your initiative to see the larger context more clearly: the forces, relationships, tensions, and patterns influencing what moves and what stays stuck. You use AI to explore the history behind your system and generate scenarios to future-proof your strategy.

You develop two leadership capacities: Gardener Craft (seeing systems) and Explorer Craft (exploring future possibilities)

In the afternoon:

Live-day: Persuasive Storytelling

Facts and logic rarely move people to act. Learn how to communicate your initiative through personal stories that create emotional connection, shared meaning, and urgency, so people understand why your change matters and why action is needed now.

Leadership capacities developed: Artist Craft (turning vision into stories)

The work continues in four online sessions:

Before each session, you receive an AI-guided prompt connected to your own initiative and context. This helps you prepare the work before meeting with the group. During the sessions, you reconnect with your peers to reflect, challenge assumptions, and learn through each other’s real experiences and leadership dilemmas. In between you apply what you learned directly to your own initiative; building momentum through action, reflection, and experimentation over time.

Online Session 1: Navigate Tensions

Some challenges cannot be solved by choosing one side over the other. Learn how to recognise tensions, work with competing needs, and turn stuck conversations into more constructive collaboration.

Leadership capacities practiced: Elder Craft (working with tension, tradeoffs, and competing priorities)

Online Session 2: Make Your Ideas Real

Ideas rarely fail because of a lack of vision. They fail because teams wait too long to test, learn, and adapt. Learn how to reduce uncertainty through small experiments that create real-world feedback before full commitment

Leadership capacities practiced: Maker Craft (learning through experimentation, iteration, and action)

Online Session 3: Work with Partners

Change rarely happens alone. Learn how to build trusted partnerships around your initiative by understanding what others need, where interests align, and how collaboration creates momentum.

Leadership capacities practiced: Convener Craft (building trust, collaboration, and shared ownership)

Online Session 4: Build Cadence

Change initiatives lose momentum when energy, structure, and follow-through start to fade. Learn how to build rhythms, systems, and habits that help your initiative keep moving over time.

Leadership capacities practiced: Catalyst Craft (creating momentum, structure, and sustainable movement)

This journey is rooted in the 8 Crafts

The 8 Crafts is a set of leadership capacities: proven mental models for leadership, innovation and change. Each craft shows you the work in the world as well as what it demands of you as a person. You build your craft by working through your challenges, with AI as your mirror and thinking partner.

Join a peer group

You build these capacities within a cohort, so you feel you are not alone. You work with other changemakers who work on their own projects, and they help you with yours. Together, you support each other's growth.

You will walk away with:

  • A personal intelligence system you built yourself. It knows you, you can trust it. A personal assistant that gets better the more you use it.
  • A peer group for continued support and accountability.
  • A structured approach for your (future) projects: mental models and tools, accessible, applicable and organized. Your next project starts stronger.
  • Sharper judgment and clarity: you make better decisions and know what to do when plans stop working
  • Deeper awareness of how to use AI, and how to stay human-in-the-lead.

Who you are

It is for people who lead complex, interrelated and or genuinely uncertain projects where interests collide and cause-and-effect are non-obvious. If you want to learn how to be human-in-the-lead whilst working with technology, this is for you.

Got a question?

Can I participate online?

The Strategy Journey kicks off intentionally as a live, in-person experience. The depth of the conversations, the facilitation style, and the energy of collaborative work are essential parts of the transformation. The pre-work and follow up calls are online, but we do not offer a fully online program at this moment.

Do I need to be good with AI?

No. You don’t need any prior AI expertise. We assume you have used ChatGPT or Claude and felt the limit. We pick up from there. We focus on creative strategy, and practical tools. Wherever AI shows up in the journey, we introduce it in a simple and responsible way. As a tool to support your thinking, not as a substitute for it.

Is this for me?

If you’re shaping a change where the outcome not fully in your control, and there are many stakeholders involved, then this is for you. If you are looking for renewed energy or more clarity on how to lead such project, then is especially for you.  Structured guidance, applied directly to your project, gives you more insight in how to run such projects. This  in turn helps your confidence and influence.

What if I don’t have a clearly defined project?

You’re absolutely welcome. We do assume you have the base of a project. But many participants join precisely because their direction still is undefined. The program helps surface what matters to move from intention to focused action. Even if you start with not much more than an ambition or a challenge.

What if I have to cancel?

We know that sometimes life can get in the way. Our refund policy: refunds are available up to two weeks before  program start date. After that, no refunds are offered, but we will look if you can join a future cohort. We plan to run this program five times per year.

Will I receive the tools and prompts to keep using them?

Yes. You will receive all the frameworks, canvases, prompts, playbooks and practices that we use in this Journey. Our goal is to empower you and ensure the momentum doesn’t end when the program does.
