A journey of strategy execution for people who drive innovation and system change

If you’re leading a project that tries to 'change the system', you will probably recognise the pattern: a great idea with many supportive stakeholders. Yet too many plausible options competing for attention and momentum stays low. What’s missing isn’t effort or intelligence, but the time to understand your challenge deep enough to decide what your best next move would be.

The AI powered Strategy Journey helps break the pattern. You will start with the 8 Crafts Assessment, followed by an intake to find out where your initiative needs focus. Then, in one facilitated day, you will meet a cohort of fellow changemakers and you will apply a structured approach to Systems Change. You will use AI-powered tools to find leverage points. And you will strengthen your story to grow your influence. In the months following, you will continue to meet your fellow participants during four 90 minute calls in which we share successes and help each other overcome challenges.

Join individually or with a trusted colleague. Throughout the day you will switch between individual work and group discussion whilst applying practical tools on your project. This works better with a sparring partner. You will also practice using your favourite GPT-AI to accelerate your thinking, but this is not an AI course.

In this journey, you will:

  • Get a deeper understanding of your initiative, and where you could focus next.
  • Map the powers: uncover the actors, tensions, and power structures shaping your real initiative.
  • Define next steps (AI powered): spot weak signals, test scenarios and learn which small intervention might make the system move differently.
  • Develop your story (AI-powered): craft a compelling narrative, practice how to pitch it credibly to different stakeholders using proven storytelling techniques.
  • Learn techniques to increase your presence and influence and be the 'human-in-the-loop.'

You will walk away with:

  • Renewed clarity and momentum: see your initiative with fresh eyes and know your next move.
  • A sense of belonging: connect with peers facing similar complexity, and feel 'you are not alone' in your experience.
  • Sharper strategic judgment: understand how and where to focus time and influence.
  • Tools you can reuse: practical AI-supported systems-thinking tools you can apply repeatedly.
  • Stronger leadership: more calm, presence, and confidence in navigating uncertainty.

Got a question?

1. What if I don’t have a clear project?

You’re absolutely welcome. We do assume you have a project that you are working on. The program is applied. But many participants join precisely because their direction sill feels undefined. The Strategy Journey gives you structured guidance to surface what truly matters, shape a meaningful challenge, and move from vague intention to focused clarity — even if you start with nothing more than an ambition or a challenge.

2. Can I participate online?

The Strategy Journey kicks off intentionally  as a live, in-person experience. The depth of the conversations, the facilitation style, and the energy of collaborative work are essential parts of the transformation. The pre-work and follow up calls are online, but we do not offer a fully online program at this moment.

3. What if I’m unable to attend?

If something changes, please let us know as soon as possible. You may transfer your seat to a colleague or another participant. If rescheduling options are available for future editions, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

4. Is AI knowledge required?

No. You don’t need any prior AI expertise. We focus on mindset, clarity, creative strategy, and practical tools. Wherever AI shows up in the journe, we introduce it in a simple, accessible and resonsible way — always as a tools to support your thinking, not as a substitute or solution for it.

5. Will I receive the tools afterward?

Yes. You will receive all the frameworks, canvases, prompts, playbooks and practices that we use int this Journey, along with a short guide to help you continue the work inside your team or organization. Our goal is to empower you and ensure the momentum doesn’t end when the program does.

6. Is this for me?

If you’re shaping change in which the outcome is still unpredictable and not fully in your control, (i.e. emergent), then this is for you. If you arer looking for renewed clarity in your work or leadership journey, then is especially for you. The Strategy Execution journey is designed for people who want to think more creatively, act with intention, and actually move forward with confidence — regardless of industry or role. Not just planning: craft develops in the execution.
