Your idea is good. The stakeholders are willing. And still the system around your initiative doesn't move. The missing ingredient is rarely effort. It's the space to understand your challenge at the depth it requires, and to find the move that actually changes things.

The AI x Systems Change Strategy Journey gives you that space. You arrive with your initiative. You leave with a sharper read of the forces blocking it, a story that has been tested, and a concrete next step. Four online sessions in the months that follow keep you accountable and in motion.

AI runs through the full journey as your thinking partner: probing your assumptions, simulating stakeholders, and surfacing what you haven't yet seen. You will receive the frameworks and prompts. The judgment remains yours.

In this journey, you will:

  • Deepen understanding how existing power structures may limit your impact
  • Run scenario's to broaden your perspective and decide which step to take next
  • Develop your story and practice with synthetic stakeholders
  • Build trust, work with resistance and establish a cadence of experiments
  • Practice regulating your inner state to strengthen your presence

You will walk away with:

  • Influence: presence when engaging with stakeholders
  • Clarity: a fresh look on your initiative to determine your next steps
  • Confidence: deeper understanding how to lead in complexity
  • Connection: energy and belonging, knowing that 'you are not alone'
  • Tools and practices: AI enabled tools to sharpen your thinking and lift your leadership

Got a question?

2. Can I participate online?

The Strategy Journey kicks off intentionally  as a live, in-person experience. The depth of the conversations, the facilitation style, and the energy of collaborative work are essential parts of the transformation. The pre-work and follow up calls are online, but we do not offer a fully online program at this moment.

3. What if I’m unable to attend?

If something changes, please let us know as soon as possible. You may transfer your seat to a colleague or another participant. If rescheduling options are available for future editions, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

4. Is AI knowledge required?

No. You don’t need any prior AI expertise. We focus on creative strategy, and practical tools. Wherever AI shows up in the journey, we introduce it in a simple and responsible way. As a tool to support your thinking, not as a substitute for it.

5. Will I receive the tools afterward?

Yes. You will receive all the frameworks, canvases, prompts, playbooks and practices that we use in this Journey. Our goal is to empower you and ensure the momentum doesn’t end when the program does.

6. Is this for me?

If you’re shaping a change in which the outcome is unpredictable and not fully in your control, then this is for you. If you are looking for renewed energy or more clarity in how to lead such project, then is especially for you. Grow your influence develops in the execution of your project.

What if I don’t have a clear project?

You’re absolutely welcome. We do assume you have the base of a project. But many participants join precisely because their direction still is undefined. The program helps surface what matters to move from intention to focused action. Even if you start with not much more than an ambition or a challenge.
