Leading Change in the Age of Intelligence

You lead something bigger than your role. Deepen your understanding of where to intervene. Use AI to investigate and create. And develop the presence and influence to bring others along.

AI is radically expanding what a person can do: how we investigate, decide, what we build and how we communicate. For people leading change, that raises a practical question: what do you actually do with it? In this program, you work on your own initiative, combining AI with creative thinking, judgment and trust to steward change across silos, inside and outside your own organisation.

‍

Who this is for

You are working on something bigger than your own role: a product or service, a sustainability initiative, new ways of collaborating, a partnership. You may have been asked to lead it, or you stepped up yourself. Progress depends on people who have other priorities, and whose decisions you don't control. You want to explore how AI can sharpen your impact, and put it to work on a real initiative. You are ready to bring that initiative, test your assumptions, and contribute to other people's projects too.

Cohort 2 (Sept '26)

Agentic Changemaker

An Agentic Changemaker sees a future worth working toward and takes responsibility for making it happen. You use AI to see more, imagine further and make ideas tangible. You develop the deep understanding to know where to influence, and the sensitivity to see what change costs others. You build trust, work with competing interests and give people a reason to participate in your project, even when the outcome is uncertain.

Throughout the program, you build your Personal Intelligence System: a set of documents with your context, playbooks and exercise outcomes. Your AI remembers, so you never start a conversation from zero. You also find out how you work best with AI, letting it do research, notice patterns, support decisions and learn from results.

Program overview

A small group of like-minded leaders. One in-person day and four online sessions. Between sessions you run a one-hour exercise with your AI, using a shared playbook: an interview, an analysis, a test. Each step builds your idea and your Intelligence System as you go. You apply everything directly to your own initiative, from day one.

Don’t take our word for it

“This was exactly what we needed at the right moment to launch our new initiative. Without the storytelling, we would never have started with this much clarity, energy, and activation.”

Arjan Keizer
Founder Medewerkers voor onze Toekomst (ex-McKinsey, ex-Shell)

"I thought I knew AI. The Agentic Changemaker program showed me where I wasn’t using it. Clearer thinking, better decisions and real movement in my business."

Marloes Fischer
Founder & CEO Circular Hub

“We used the 8 Crafts to articulate our strategy. And in the process we built stronger leadership and team spirit.”

Donica Buisman
Founder / Director RAUM

In this journey, you will:

  • Drive your initiative: Every exercise is applied directly to your project, so you make real progress during the programme.
  • Build your Personal Intelligence System: Bring your context, playbooks and exercise outcomes together, so you build on your own work with AI.
  • Expand your repertoire with the 8 Crafts™: Explore different ways to understand a situation, choose how you influence and work with others.
  • Stay regulated under pressure: Practice breathing and body awareness to notice your reactions and remain present in difficult situations.
  • Work alongside other changemakers: Bring your dilemmas, challenge each other's assumptions and help each other grow.

What you will experience

In the morning:

‍

See Systems. Explore Futures (in-person day)

You map the system around your initiative: the forces, relationships and patterns behind it. With AI, you explore the history and trends that shaped it, and the perspectives that are missing. You bring possible futures from your preparation into the discussion, using them to question assumptions and see where change might begin.

‍

In the afternoon:

Reimagine your work with AI (in-person day)

What if AI moved from answering your questions to running part of your work? You take one workflow from your project and explore how AI could help you spot signals, trace patterns, make decisions, suggest actions and learn from consequences. You build a first AI-enhanced iteration of it, and identify where your oversight and judgment are needed.

The work continues in four online sessions:

Before each session, an AI playbook guides you through a one-hour preparation exercise on your own initiative. In the session, you bring your findings and dilemmas to the group, examine different perspectives and choose your next step. Between sessions, you put that step into practice and bring back what happened. As you work, you add context, playbooks and exercise outcomes to your Intelligence System.

‍

Session 2: Find Leverage Points (online)

You use Donella Meadows' leverage points to explore where an intervention could change the patterns that keep producing the same result. You examine the rules, information flows and goals that shape what happens. Then you choose a safe-to-fail intervention to test.

Session 3: Make Your Ideas Real (online)

You use AI to build something people can try: a workflow, a landing page or a simple prototype, depending on your initiative. You experience what it takes to turn an idea into a first working version. You choose an assumption to test, gather feedback from real people and use what you learn to improve your next version.

‍

Session 4: Work with Partners (online)

You explore who your initiative depends on, what matters to them and what taking part would ask of them. You use AI to prepare possible perspectives and questions, then check your assumptions in conversation. You practice building trust and finding a next step that people with competing interests can commit to.

‍

Session 5: Tell your story (online)

You learn to turn what matters to you into something others want to be part of. Using storytelling as a tool for influence, you connect your motivation with what matters to others and why action is needed now. You rehearse with an AI-simulated stakeholder to test what resonates and practice before the real conversation.

Join a peer group

Work alongside people who also lead change they care about. Bring your initiative, challenge each other's thinking and help each other find a next step when the work gets difficult.

You will walk away with:

  • A Personal Intelligence System: your context, playbooks and exercise outcomes. You build it yourself, so you know what is in it, and you keep it after the program.
  • Peers who know your work: people you can turn to for perspective, feedback and support.
  • A repertoire to draw on from the 8 Crafts™: leadership tools, packaged as AI playbooks, for you to use on this initiative and the next.
  • Sharper judgment: you practice questioning assumptions, weighing competing interests and choosing your next steps when situations change.
  • Something you have made and tested with AI: a workflow, a story, a landing page or a prototype, with feedback to inform your next iteration.

Who you are

You are working on a change you care about, and making it happen depends on others. You may have a formal mandate or be taking the initiative yourself. You want to use AI to think further, create possibilities and put them into practice, while staying human-in-the-lead. You bring a real initiative and a willingness to question your own approach.‍

Corporate changemakers

You are driving an innovation or new way of working across teams or departments. You need people with different priorities to contribute, including people you don't manage directly.

You are driving policy change or you are working on a societal challenge. Progress depends on navigating political priorities and building trust between institutions, communities and colleagues.

Entrepreneurs and business owners

You are building a business or reshaping what it offers. You want to use AI to its potential, test ideas with clients and bring partners into the work.

Creative independents and solopreneurs

You are developing your own initiative or helping clients lead change. You want to combine your creative practice with AI to make ideas tangible, and bring others into work you'd otherwise do alone.

Got a question?

Can I participate online?

The program kicks off intentionally as a live, in-person experience. The depth of the conversations, the facilitation style, and the energy of collaborative work are essential parts of the transformation. The pre-work and follow up calls are online, but we do not offer a fully online program at this moment.

Do I need to be good with AI?

No. You don’t need AI expertise. We assume you have used ChatGPT or Claude and felt the limit. We pick up from there. We focus on creative strategy and change leadership. Wherever AI shows up in the journey, we introduce it in a simple and responsible way. You’ll let AI interview you to enhance your thinking, not to replace it.

Is this for me?

If you’re shaping a change where the outcome is not fully in your control, with many stakeholders involved, then this is for you. If you are looking for renewed energy or more clarity on how to lead such a project, then this is especially for you.  You'll apply tools and practices that help you understand your situation and expand your leadership repertoire. This in turn builds your confidence and influence.

What if I don’t have a clearly defined project?

You’re still welcome to join. We do assume you have the start of a project or idea. But many participants join precisely because their direction is still undefined. The program helps surface how you can move from intention to focused action, even if you start with not much more than an ambition or a challenge.

What if I have to cancel?

We know that sometimes life can get in the way. Our refund policy: refunds are available up to two weeks before the program starts. After that, no refunds are offered, but we will look if you can join a future cohort. We plan to run this program four times per year.

Will I receive the tools and prompts to keep using them?

Yes. You will receive all the frameworks, canvases, prompts, playbooks and practices that we use in this Journey. Our goal is to empower you and ensure the momentum doesn’t end when the program does.
