Systems Change Strategy Sprint

A hands on day of strategizing for people who drive innovation and system level change

If you’re leading a real initiative in a complex system, you know the pattern: constant alignment calls, shifting stakeholders, and too many plausible options competing for attention. Progress feels possible, yet momentum stays low because the real structure of the challenge remains difficult to see.

The Strategy Sprint gives you one focused working day to move from connection to clarity to committed action. You work directly on your initiative, reveal the deeper dynamics shaping it, surface the real blocker, and choose one practical move with the highest potential to shift the system forward.

Join individually or with a trusted colleague. Throughout the day you alternate between individual work, group reflection, and practical tools for leading in complex conditions. We’ll also show how your favourite GPT-AI can accelerate your thinking, but this is not an AI course.

In one day, you will:

  • Map deeper system dynamics: uncover the actors, tensions, and power structures shaping your real initiative.
  • Explore with AI: scan weak signals, surface hidden patterns, and sharpen your strategic thinking.
  • Identify leverage points: see which small intervention might make the system move differently
  • Design interventions: weigh options and choose the one move that creates the highest leverage.
  • Align with your peer or colleague: clarify what matters next and why, based on your shared system view.
  • Strengthen your leadership: practice staying grounded while navigating complex change.

You will walk away with:

  • Renewed clarity and momentum: see your initiative with fresh eyes and know your next move.
  • A sense of belonging: connect with peers facing similar complexity, and feel less alone in the work.
  • Sharper strategic judgment: understand what truly matters, and where to focus time and influence.
  • Growth as a leader: more calm, presence, and confidence in navigating uncertainty.
  • Tools you can reuse: practical AI-supported methods and systems-thinking tools you can apply immediately.

Got a question?

1. What if I don’t have a clear project?

You’re absolutely welcome. Many participants join precisely because their direction feels messy or undefined. The Sprint gives you structured guidance to surface what truly matters, shape a meaningful challenge, and move from vague intention to focused clarity — even if you start with nothing more than an intuition.

2. Can I participate online?

The Clarity Sprint is intentionally designed as a live, in-person experience. The depth of the conversations, the facilitation style, and the energy of collaborative work are essential parts of the transformation. We do not offer an online version at this time.

3. What if I’m unable to attend?

If something changes, please let us know as soon as possible. You may transfer your ticket to a colleague or another participant. If rescheduling options are available for future editions, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

4. Is AI knowledge required?

No. You don’t need any prior AI expertise. We focus on mindset, clarity, creative strategy, and practical tools. Wherever AI shows up in the Sprint, we introduce it in a simple, accessible way — always as a means to support your thinking, not as a technical requirement.

5. Will I receive the tools afterward?

Yes. You will receive all core frameworks, canvases, and reflection tools used during the Sprint, along with a short guide to help you continue the work inside your team or organization. Our goal is to ensure the momentum doesn’t end when the day does.

6. Is this for me?

If you’re navigating complexity, shaping change, or looking for renewed clarity in your work or leadership journey, then yes. The Sprint is designed for people who want to think more creatively, act with intention, and move forward with confidence — regardless of industry or role.
